I started my hotel career at the INTERCONTINENTAL SYDNEY, so it will always be a favourite of mine. The reason I love this property, and rarely stay anywhere else, is for their Club Lounge. Located on the 32nd floor, you can’t beat the views, with a wraparound terrace overlooking the entire harbour and city, reminding me that I am home. They do a smashing breakfast and delicious cocktails and canapés in the evening. The new CAFÉ OPERA restaurant there is stunning, designed by New York-born, Sydney-based designer Thomas Bucich. |
