Surry Hills has changed dramatically over the years and today is prime for contemporary design, with boutiques like HUB and SPENCE & LYDA setting the scene. My absolute favorite is EDIT, especially for custom textiles and recycled decorative items, done by friend and former Vogue Living editor Sharyn Storrier Lyneham. Sharyn’s amazing collection is getting great buzz in magazines all around the world, and rightfully so.
